SERVICES
Face painting: $150 per hour per artist
Balloon Twisting: $150 per hour per artist
Combo Party: $300 1 hour of face paint + 1 hour of balloons 18 kids max
Airbrush Tattoos: $175 per hour per artist Event must be well ventilated or outdoors.
Glitter Bar: $150 per hour per artist
Glitter Tattoos: $150 per hour per artist
Swiftie Party: $450 for 2 hours includes the service of your choice and bracelet craft with our Taylor impersonator
Balloon Decor and Pre-twisted Balloons: These items are completely customizable so please ask for pricing.
TRAVEL
Travel is covered up to 30 min from West Chester, OH. Additional fee of $50/30 min applies beyond 30 min.
SET UP
In the case of an outdoor event, a tent or shelter must be provided. I can bring a 10’x10’ tent if needed for an additional $50 set up fee.
PARKING
Due to the amount of equipment we bring, we ask that close parking be provided. Please clarify the parking situation for larger events so your artist(s) can be prepared.
| BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
A completed contract must be received at least 14 days prior to the event (or upon booking) along with a $50 non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee will be applied to the total amount due.
| PAYMENT
The remaining balance of this contract is due upon your artist's arrival, prior to the designated start time. If more guests attend the event than are expected, and I do not have another event to attend, I can stay longer and will bill client at the agreed upon hourly rate for additional time. I accept cash, business checks, credit cards, Venmo and Zelle. Checks should be made payable to Emily Jonas. There will be an additional $25 fee for a returned check.
| CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the event will be held responsible for the remaining balance of the contract. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather so please secure an alternate indoor location for your event in advance. Booking fees are non-refundable and required to hold the event date. For events cancelled no later than one week before event date, the booking fee may be applied toward a future date. Should I get sick or have to cancel, I will find a replacement artist.
Safety is my number one concern. All of my products are cosmetic grade but that does not guarantee sensitive skin will not have a reaction. If notified 24 hours or more in advance, I can provide an ingredients list. I also will not paint any person with chickenpox, conjunctivitis, severe eczema, mumps, cold sores, or any infection of the skin.
